FORDHAM LAW SCHOOL’S SEVENTH ANNUAL CONFERENCE ON INTERNATIONAL ARBITRATION AND MEDIATION COMES TO LONDON FOR 2012
Fordham Law School’s Conflict Resolution & ADR Program and the Louis Stein Center for Law and Ethics will host the Seventh Annual Conference on International Arbitration and Mediation, this year a two day conference, Thursday, April 26 & Friday, April 27, in the Great Hall of King’s College, London. The symposium features leading arbitrators, mediators, practitioners and scholars who will discuss contemporary issues in international arbitration and mediation.
The symposium will be divided into six discussion topics, including: Investor-State Arbitration;
Arbitration of International Financial Disputes; Arbitration of International Construction Disputes; Arbitration in Asia; Mediation; and Rising Stars in International Arbitration. Papers authored by the speakers will be published in Arthur W. Rovine, ed., Contemporary Issues in International Arbitration and Mediation: The Fordham Papers 2012, Martinus Nijhoff Publishers.
